Bienvenue

Let’s dive in and explore the property.

Born from a collaboration between Los Angeles–based designers inspired by 1960s French beach culture, Dive is an adults-only European-style boutique hotel with wellness at the heart of the experience.

Mornings begin with complimentary breakfast beneath the palms and yoga as the desert warms. Afternoons drift between the restored original Libott pool, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, and cold plunge and massage deepen the reset. Thoughtfully designed rooms invite afternoon naps and unhurried evenings.

It’s a place where time stretches and nothing feels rushed—just a couple hours from L.A., or 15 minutes by private jet, if that’s how you roll.

A modern bedroom with a rattan bed, white bedding, and decorative pillows. The room features a wall mural of a woman in a hat, plants, and simple art frames. There are two black and yellow bedside lamps, a small white fridge, and a bar cart. The window has white curtains, and a green plant is placed on a metal stand. A ceiling light hangs over the room, and the floor has a wooden finish with a grey rug.

The Rooms

Each of our 13 (adults only) habitats conjure the timeless style of Saint-Tropez. They’re bright, airy, spacious and feature original murals, premium linens, rainfall showers, playful accents without a TV in sight. Most have private patios.

One even has a private hot tub that can hold you and five of your luckiest friends.

Lulu

Meet Lulu, our diving girl. She’s an eight-foot neon work of art dating back to 1954. We discovered Lulu when we purchased the property. She’d fallen on tough times. But we patched her up immediately and set her back on her perch. Because we know a mystical muse when we see one.

The Garden

In our central garden, a 15-foot bench wraps around a cluster of towering palms, creating a shaded gathering place beneath the desert sky. Nearby, French bistro tables and cushioned daybeds invite you to linger over coffee, sip a fresh cocktail, sink into a good book—or simply recharge in the warmth of the afternoon light.

The Pool

Our property came with a gem. A historic Libott designed pool we immediately took to restoring back to its original glory. Today, accompanied by a 12-person jacuzzi, cabanas, striped loungers and thirsty towels, it’s a source of pride. And some debauchery, sure. But mostly pride.

The Jacuzzi

The jacuzzi offers a quiet space to unwind and recover, using heat to relax muscles, relieve stress, and bring the body back into balance. Equal parts restoration and social ritual, it’s where guests often connect and linger a little longer.
